Birthday
Firstly, Happy 25th Birthday Edmond. I hope you had a great day and an even better year.
If you asked me a few years ago or even a year ago I would've told you that turning 25 would be scary and depressing. Now that it has happened, I am quite excited about this year. This year has the potential to be one of the best. I'll be done the Physiotherapist course and will be back home in Canada within the year. I can't think of anything better.
It has been a pretty good day. I signed onto msn and a wonderful surprise awaited me. The Kin girls (which JL is unofficially part of) were all together and they sang Happy Birthday to me. It was really great catching up and seeing them all together. It’s very seldom that I see them all together. It almost felt like we were all back in 'loo. Too bad we didn’t have a webcam so that they could see us too. That definitely made my day or probably my week. Even if I didn't do anything else for the rest of the day, that would've been enough. I've been feeling quite depressed lately but talking to them have lighted the spirit back in me.
Lizard then came over to present me with this amazing Ladybug cake that she made for me. No one has ever put that much effort to bake me a cake like that before. If that wasn't enough, Sach came over and also baked a cake for me. Those were pretty damn impressive looking cakes.
Afterwards getting enough cake in our system to last a month, we went rock climbing and then dinner afterwards. All in all it was a great day spending it with only a few people, with the people that are most important to me here. It was much better than throwing a large party like I did last year. Thanks everyone for the instant messages, emails, phone texts, and spending the day with me.

Happy BIRTHDAY Sabrina!!!
I am so happy that we got to be "together" on your birthday! It was so much fun to do the webcam and I be twe looked real silly!!
We thought about you a lot that weekend. I had such a wonderful birthday and it was nice to have all my friends around me to celebrate. I'll be posting some pics on the blog as soon as exams are over.
I'm glad you enjoyed your birthday! Your cakes look amazing! Wait till you see the ones the girls baked for me!
