wow, talk about Snail Mail

At the end of July I received a document in the mail from the Australia Physiotherapy Registration board. I opened it up and there was my WA physiotherapy registration certificate, FINALLY. The document came with a letter, which was dated May 7th. Are you kidding me?? There's no way it should've taken 2.5 months to receive a simple document. It's a good thing I didn't have to depend on the Canadian board to receive a open or I wouldn't have been allowed to write the exam. I knew the Australian postal system was slow but this is ridiculous. A few times when my friends have sent me a package I didn't receive them till 3 months later but those were packages and it's understandable that they may quaraintine it. I guess I should be grateful that it actually arrived.
